PRS specializes in services for professional associations.

PRS has considerable experience in supporting large and small conferences including assistance in conference budget formulation, minimisation of costs for delegates, and additional desirable outcomes such as electronic and print publications in impeccable style commensurate with the nature of the profession involved and the client groups.

Services are provided utilizing an optimal mix of all modern and traditional communications, management tools and procedures so that organizing committees are served in an exemplary manner and provided with totally detailed timely management reports on registrations and finances.

PRS' considerable experience in marketing by direct mail is turned to the benefit of clients and sponsorships can also be obtained if required.

An outline of services follows. Quotations for all, some or a mixture of services can be provided.

Preliminary consultations are advised prior to submission of quotations.

1.   Registrations: Set up database
Answer enquiries
Receive registrations by email, post and/or fax
Enter data
Bank deposits and process credit card payments
Issue receipts and invoices
Periodic summary reports of income
2.   Book-keeping: Set up finance spread sheets (book keeping ledgers). MYOB
Set-up and manage e-commerce registrations and on-line payment system.
3.   Registration Desk: Staff registration desk for hours per day for all days of conference.
Distribute satchels, name tags, bag tags, signs, etc.
Check-in registrants
Process late registrants
4.   Receive manuscripts: Receive completed papers on email, disk and hard copy; file pre publication
5.   Abstracts of Papers: Receive by email, post or fax
Acknowledge receipt of abstracts
Forward to referees
Maintain Word files in preparation for publication
Inform proposers of acceptance of their abstracts

        Publications:
PRS suggests pre-conference WWW publication of some papers as drafts and all abstracts.
Proceedings normally only post-conference.
PRS will arrange CD publishing. Satchels - arrange by committee with sponsor or PRS purchase type chosen by committee.
