Professional Resources Services Pty Ltd is registered for GST. Our ABN is 75 075 759 483. This number is printed on all our stationery, in advertising material, on invoices and statements. PRS has invested in GST ready accounting software and equipment and associated staff training.
PRS issues TAX INVOICES in accordance with Australian Taxation Office [ATO] guidelines and these invoices will show the GST separately. Prices are quoted GST inclusive as required by law.
Acting on advice from the ATO, PRS is required to collect the GST from customers regardless of education exceptions and special conditions. This tax money will be held by PRS until forwarded to the ATO quarterly, with PRS' Business Activity Statement (BAS).
Customers who are entitled may claim credits or refunds of GST payments made to the ATO.
PRS provides goods and services. Some of the goods are imported. Imported publications [goods] not only attract GST but are also subject to variation in cost due to the value of the Australian currency in comparison with the US Dollar and UK Pound.
